Hosting the RUCKUS UK Partner Day powered by Purdicom at ICC Wales was an incredible experience from start to finish, for everyone involved. We regularly book the ICC’s smaller meeting rooms for our offsite management meetings.  Their communication is outstanding.  They respond quickly, offer tips and adapt to what our requirements are.  As a venue booker, I’m not at the meetings and can often feel out of touch on the day.  Not here, the ICC set up a WhatsApp group on the day, so any questions are responded to and dealt with immediately. Views from the smaller meetings rooms are fantastic too!

Danny, our Event Manager, responded exceptionally well to all queries and provided exceptional service including clarity of information throughout. Every single member of the team was approachable and friendly, and the in-house technical team were super helpful and on it!
