Made it happen for…
My career has spanned many years working in the hotel, conference, cruise and events market where I’ve gained valuable skills and comprehensive knowledge in business development, hospitality management and customer service.

Working as part of the NATO leadership team I enjoyed the meticulous planning and contract negotiation at the beginning of the project and look forward to continuing to play a vital role in the contract negotiations for the new world-class convention centre. These skills meant I could bring precious insight to the initial stages of the business planning and development for ICC Wales.

For me, leading the way is achieved through a positive ‘can do’ attitude, our warmth of hospitality and readiness to go the extra mile for all our clients.

Future features  
ICC Wales really has the wow factor. I’m all about the attention to detail and this convention centre is a beautifully designed space that is truly inspiring. What’s more is its very unique location, situated within stunning woodland yet only a stone’s throw from the M4. This is a venue unlike any other.

Dream job
I’m so excited about sharing ICC Wales with everyone and seeing an event held there for the very first time.
